In addition, he holds certifications including CHA, CHO, and a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from the University of Cornell, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

With over a decade of operational experience across renowned franchises like Choice, Wyndham, and Best Western, Vandan has honed his expertise in financial consulting, asset valuation, and hotel acquisition. His proficiency in underwriting, financial analysis, and strategic sales tactics has been instrumental in driving success across his family's portfolio.
